The Founders
Our founders are veteran gaming industry professionals with extensive experience over the past thirty years in virtually every aspect of the gaming industry, from tribal casino development and operations to sportsbook development and management, state lottery sales, casino equipment and leasing, marketing and communications, and government affairs.
These founders and their predecessor companies, along with partners and investors, have achieved significant successes in past projects, both in the U.S. and in foreign markets. With less than $7 million in initial investment, their projects have generated over $500,000,000 in EBITDA.

Panama Online Gaming
Panama is the gateway to Latin America's growing online gambling market, which is currently estimated at $12.18 billion, and projected to grow at a Compound Annual Growth Rate (CAGR) of 3.23%. Five of the world's major fiber optic cables intersect in Panama, creating a highly sophisticated telecommunications infrastructure that provides state-of-the-art high-speed internet and cell phone services.
Online gambling was authorized in 2002, but only for "outward-facing" players--the residents of Panama were not allowed to gamble on these sites. In 2022, the law was changed to allow Panama residents to play.
To differentiate itself from other online operators in Panama, and also to meet the needs of this new local market, WT has developed a strategy to allow local cash players to access the online gambling site through use of pre-paid smart card technology.
Wagering Technology has assembled a highly qualified local team in Panama to assist in establishing the Panamanian corporation, as the law requires, securing the required licenses from the Panama Gambling Control Board, and developing the cash sales structure.

Sharpfoxx Sports Website
Wagering Technology has developed an entirely unique concept in online engagement for sports fans. The Sharpfoxx Sports Website meets sports bettor demand in two important areas.
First, it will provide up-to-the-minute, granular data and analytics on all major sports. The site also will provide sports information and wagering tools for the beginner or the pro handicapper, including handicapping tips and tutorials to help sports bettors at all levels improve their betting success.
Second, it will offer sports-themed entertainment and free social betting using points or tokens on Fantasy and Virtual Sports contests, including award-winning Inspired Entertainment virtual football, baseball, basketball, soccer, horse and auto racing contests.
