Our Management Team

The executive management team at WT is unique in the depth and breadth of its gaming industry experience. Their resumes reflect decades of experience in virtually every segment of the gambling market from tribal casino development and operations to state lotteries, casino marketing and equipment leasing, and cruise ship sports books to commercial gaming operations in the Philippines and Mexico.

Cyril R. ("Cy") Kauchick
Chief Executive Officer and President

Mr. Kauchick has over thirty years of experience in tribal and commercial gaming. He was chief lobbyist and negotiator for Minnesota Indian tribes in the development of their gaming compacts, the first in the nation. He then became the president of one of the state's tribal casinos, serving as chief casino developer and operating officer, responsible for all gaming operations, staff training, casino marketing and financial reporting and compliance systems.

 

In 1989, Cy co-founded and became president of Creative Games Technology, Inc., (CGTI), providing slot machines, management consulting and marketing services to Indian tribes. He sold CGTI in 1993 to a public gaming company and later created  a new company, Regal Gaming and Entertainment. Regal Gaming successfully operated sports books on U.S. cruise ships operating in international waters. Regal's Asian division successfully developed slot clubs and a nationally networked bingo game played in bingo venues across the Philippines.

 

Cyril Kauchick co-founded Wagering Technology in 2019 for the purpose of developing, deploying and marketing innovative gaming platforms and software for domestic and international markets.

Michael Hlavsa
Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Hlavsa is an experienced executive with over 40 years of experience in finance and financial management. He holds the designations of Certified Public Accountant and Certified Internal Auditor, and is currently a Chartered Global Management Accountant.  Mike has spent the past 30 years serving the highly regulated United States commercial and tribal casino industries as a senior finance executive and strategic financial consultant. He served as Vice President of Finance and Administration for the Sands Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas, and in similar positions with Atlantic City casino operations such as Caesars, Tropicana and Trump Plaza.

Hlavsa previously held senior  management positions with SunCruz Casinos, then the largest day cruise gaming company in the United States, and Casino Princesa in Miami, Florida, where he was responsible for the development and operation of a large mega-yacht gaming vessel.
 
From 1993 to 1997, he served as Financial Officer and Vice President, Midwest Region, for Lady Luck Gaming Corporation, where he participated in that  company’s initial public offering and a $185 million debt financing.

Bhaskar Raghavan
Chief Technology Officer

Mr. Raghavan has more than twenty years of experience in the design, development and delivery of software systems and solutions in diverse market segments, including wagering.
​
Bhaskar also is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of SHIFT3 LLC, a company he formed in 2004 to provide software design as well as development, implementation and maintenance of complex IT infrastructure, specializing in Virtualization and Cloud infrastructure.
 
Since 2017, Raghavan also has served as Partner and Chief Executive Officer of Sarocom
Private Limited (India), offering software design, development, maintenance and technical support services for clients worldwide, including Wagering Technology.
 
He holds numerous licenses and certifications, including EMC Proven Professional (ISM), VMware Certified Associate--Cloud (VCA Cloud), and VMware Certified Associate--Data Center Virtualization (VCA-DCV). Bhaskar is fluent in English as well as Hindi and Tamil.

Victor ("Vic") Collucci
Chief Development Officer

Mr. Collucci is a co-founder of Wagering Technology. He began his 35-year career in gaming as a sales consultant to GTECH Corporation (now IGT).
 
In 1989, Collucci joined Cyril Kauchick to form Creative Games Technology, Inc., one of the first companies in the country to operate legally authorized casinos (tribal) outside of Nevada and New Jersey.  

Later, Collucci and Kauchick worked together to develop Mexico's first legally authorized casino in Monterey, and lawful video machine gaming facilities at race tracks and hotels in Juarez and Cancun. The team was     responsible for all aspects of the development and management of        these operations until they were acquired by Mexican interests.
 
Following the Mexican project, Collucci had a long relationship with Scientific Games Inc., (now Bally's.), where he was responsible for identifying new business opportunities, as well as developing and implementing innovative marketing and sales strategies for domestic and international markets.
 
Vic Collucci holds a valid Key Employee Gaming License from the New Jersey Casino Control Commission

Marsha Kelly
Chief Communications Officer

Ms. Kelly has more than thirty years of experience in business and association management, strategic communications, community relations and public relations on behalf of Tribal gaming and greyhound racing. She also has served clients in agriculture, health care, the hospitality industry and the pet industry.
 
Since 1992, Kelly has served as lead communications counsel for the Minnesota Indian Gaming Association (MIGA), representing nine of Minnesota's 11 federally recognized Tribes. She also has provided communications and business development consulting services for tribal governments and organizations in Michigan,Wisconsin, the Great Plains, New Mexico and California.
 
For more than a decade, Kelly served on the Board of Directors of the Minnesota Alliance for Problem Gambling, working with other gaming industry stakeholders on the development and implementation of problem gambling education and prevention programs in the state.
 
Prior to entering private practice in 1989, Marsha Kelly served in the Office of Minnesota Governor Rudy Perpich as Communications Director for Lt. Governor Marlene Johnson..

Terri Brady
Chief Marketing Officer

Terri Brady’s extensive background includes more than twenty years of experience in senior sales and marketing positions in the casino gaming and gaming media sector.

 

As Director of Sales for Aristocrat Technologies, she oversaw the company’s highest-performing territories in the Western U.S. and Canada, generating 57% of the company’s total U.S. revenue. She also managed Aristocrat's top-performing sales team, producing consistent revenue growth while reducing costs.

 

Later, Terri served as Vice President of Sales for Aruze Gaming, where she was responsible for closing major increased game placement contracts with MGM, Boyd, Stations, and Caesar’s Entertainment, as well as tribal properties such as Sycuan, Foxwoods, Mohegan Sun, Chumash, and Pechanga .

 

From 2013 to 2018, Terri served as Director of Sales and Business Development for American Gaming and Electronics, where her extensive knowledge and contacts in commercial and tribal casinos enabled her to increase the number of AGE service contracts throughout the western U.S. by over 30%.

 

Terri also has served in a senior sales and marketing position for one of the gaming industry’s top trade media publications.

Mr. Knurek has more than thirty years of experience in the gaming industry in Nevada, New Jersey, Washington, Louisiana, Florida and elsewhere. He has held virtually every casino position from dealer and pit manager to Vice President for Casino Operations and Vice President for Gaming Development.
